All return merchandise must meet the following conditions:
Goods must be placed in a separate shipping carton for transportation back to Manley's Basics.
The RGA # must be written on the outer shipping carton for easy identification.
Goods must be in re-saleable condition unless defective. Re-saleable is defined as "any item you would deliver with confidence to your most important customer".
Goods must be unopened, unused and in its original product packaging.
The original product packaging must be free of writing, markings and return labels.
All Instructions and warranty cards supplied by the manufacturer must be included.
Defective Toner Cartridges: A printed sample page MUST accompany defective toner cartridge.
Used Toner Cartridges: Place all used toner cartridges in a sealed shipping box or bag - original box is not required.
OPEN Cartridge and Toner boxes CANNOT be returned for credit - so PLEASE double check to make sure you have the right cartridge before you open the box.
